What do they call the PSU's that let you use only the wires you need?

I forgot what type of Power Supply's these are called.
These have plug-ins on the side that let you use just what you need instead of having tons of wires in your case from the PSU left unused.

Are there any decent ones out?

The X connect series sucked ass, I wouldn't put one in my PC if you paid me.
