My home network consists of a Linksys WRT54G wireless router and a USB WUSB11 USB network adapter (it's a "B" ). It has been running great for more than a year. Recently I have had issues with the pc that the USB adapter is connected to in that it has been spontaneously rebooting. I have replaced memory, tried different hard drives, etc. but the problem persists.
Coincidentally my this pc now takes several minutes to establish a network connection whereas I don't believe it used to. Also transfer speeds seem to be slower.
Would a problem with the network adapter cause the rebooting?
Thanks for any opinions.

Impression of "running slower" is useless unless you have some benchmarks to compare current performance. We get used to the speed of anything, and our inpression is that it slows down, when in fact it has not.

You also state that this is wireless, which offers many possibalities for a slow down, interference from cordless phones, a neighbor's phone or wireless networking, relocation of equipment to name a few.

Is your system configured for Automatic Restart?
Power Supply is another possibility

Yes I am clutching straws at this point. I think the PS would be the most inexpensive piece of hardware to replace and see if it makes a difference.
Thanks
