Pulled from SiSoft Sandra:

256MB DDR-SDRAM 8-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2.5-3-3CL 2CMD
256MB DDR-SDRAM 8-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2.5-3-3CL 2CMD

Does this ram meet the spec of CAS 2 6-3-2 2T, as programed in the SPD according the manufactuer? If not, what do I change exactly to get to the manufactuer specs?

This is a GEIL CL2-2-2 ULTRA-333 512MB PC2700.

Not according to your initial Sandra readout. Set you memory to run 2-2-2-5 in your bios.
