What do the various inputs of component video mean?

I was just checking out or TV and realized that I had no clue what Pb/Pr means. Can anyone explain what the various acronyms mean? We've got Y/Pb/and Pr. I've also seen Cb and Cr on other TV's.

Pb=Blue -Y
Pr=Red-Y

YPbPr is analog,YCbCr=Digital

So when hooking up an Xbox 360 via component cables do I want to go for the PbPr or CbCr? I'm not sure if we even have the "C's" but I can look again, just sorta glanced.

depends what you're hooking it up to. check the tv / monitor's stats. I think you will normally use YPbPr, however.

This is the set we have (yeah, a 56" 720p, don't grimace!). What stats should I be checking?
