What do the Sysadmins in here use for a corporate SPAM blocker?

The users in my company are getting hammered by spam. We have been blocking some through exchange but its really gotten out of hand and takes up too much time from the employee to send us the email and for us to enter them into exchange. What products/appliances are some of you using to block this crap from even making it to the users PC's?
 
Dunno about exchange, but we use spamassassin with sendmail (both free products) and they work great. If you're chained to exchange, you could try cloudmark (cloudmark.com) or popfile (popfile.sourceforge.net) both of which are pretty good (but not as good as spamassassin, IMHO).
