What Do Security Levels Dictate?

I'm applying for a position with a company that operates under security level 4. What exactly do the levels of security mean?

Would I be able to find out about JFK and crop circles?

never heard of it. I worked for a company where you had to have security clearance from the depart of defense, and those levels were proprietary, secret and top secret.

I was talking with some Army recruiters.. saying if I wanted to go into communications, I'd have to get Top Secret clearance.. :Q
