Be careful - I heard Starbucks once took a man's home and worldly possessions when he tried to buy a cup of joe with one of them 'gift' cards.

Starbucks is pure wizardry with voodoo to boot,...

voodoo.jpg

One double pin soulspresso curselatte, for the OP,...

That same man I mentioned was found days later, pale as white sheets, walking down the highway, mumbling something about how his garage door is broken and why someone would tip a waiter 20%,... it was so sad.

Damn, now that's some awesome CT.

I used to get a Trenta iced coffee from Starbucks plenty, but lately, this small coffeehouse out in the boonies has been getting a lot of buisness from me. Way better coffee, and cheaper to boot.

I believe most folks buy self esteem there.
Nah, just $0.50 refills of aforementioned large black coffee, all day. (And sometimes the next day if you catch a break.)

I worked in a mall for a while, next door to a Starbucks. Trust me - there was no self esteem to speak of, except for a few customers that already had too much of it before they walked in the door.

Venti Earl grey tea, or a hot chocolate.
I don't like coffee.

Same. Though iced coffee drinks aren't too bad. I mean if you want to feel like a lard ass after drinking them. :awe:

I used to get the tea lattes but they're way too expensive for what they are. Damned easy to make at home.

My daughter loves Starbucks. I get her stuff or gift cards from there every year for Xmas. I try to get her to make her own drinks. It isn't hard, and it's orders of magnitude cheaper, but whatcha gonna do? Life's about enjoyment I guess.

I like Starbucks alright, but the prices are too high. Beats a blank when you want a cup of coffee, or a warm place to use some wifi.

I love coffee shops - the smell, the people, the energy and tranquility. I love coffee, but I don't love sitting at home or at work in the office. I know I can brew a delicious cup for 20 cents, but when I go to a coffee shop it's to buy the atmosphere, not the coffee. A cup of coffee is $2.50 and 50 cents refill at Starbucks, so I guess I pay $2.30 for the environment, a laptop charge, and wifi, which is worthwhile for me since I can get an enormous amount of work done there.

Large black coffee or large black iced coffee. Depends on time of morning, and temperature at the time. I live in Tucson, AZ so I usually order the iced variety.

Triple Grande mocha or a Americano of sorts. I am normally the biggest fan of straight black drip coffee, but Starbucks drip kinda sucks.

I've never been in a Starbucks. From what I hear most people order caffeinated milkshakes or something there.

If you don't want straight coffee, get the salted caramel whatever thing they have.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Been a long time since I've set foot in one I guess.

I've never been but I did walk by one (very closely) inside a Kroger here in Lexington. Was passing through the area to go to the restroom.

Get a starbucks card and get free refills all day.

What do you order at Starbucks?

Found a couple gift cards the other day that I got years ago. Went online to look at the menu and am completely dumbfounded. I don't know what half this shit is. I've never even been to a Starbucks. Yet I see all these people walking around with Starbucks in their hand. What are they drinking?

How the hell am I supposed to know what to order????? I need advice from the pro's.

Are you 5 years old, seriously?

Venti dark whatever they got going on. I'm also a fan of their anniversary blend. Once every six months or so I'll get a latte.

The gift cards were a good cover, but I would not think any less of you if bought Starbucks. I have had a few of them in the past year, life is much better when you realize ATOT is a fantasy world, that cannot hold a candle to the real deal.
