What do people do in a "leadership seminar"?

my school is offering "leadership seminars" lasting a few weeks for juniors and seniors... costs like 800 bucks... but what exactly are these things?

If they're like the leadership conferences at work, then they get to go to Monterey for free for 3 days.

usually you have to listen to horrible presentations and play horrible 'team-building' games.

You learn the latest dogma of how to be an effective leader. I am not sure how effective this kind of training is.

true leadership is something you're born with. too many people confuse authority with leadership, especially in the corporate world.

They tell you what you want to hear for a nice fee. Seriously, I've been too one. You get a great feeling leaving the seminar but it wears off in a few days.
