Raw, they feel like slime going down, with a salty sweet taste.
Cooked, they are nice crumbed.
The actual flavour is hard to describe, they arent as sweet as scallops.
I love them raw. They're soft, squishy and wet...I'm not going any further with descriptive words like that.
I really can't explain the taste. It's very interesting. Just go try some! Make sure you eat them at a decent resturant though. You don't want to get sick!
