What do I use to take a snapshot thumbnail-sized pic of a webpage?

I want to create thumbnails like this one at LucasArts site:

Simple

Call up the webpage in your browser

Hit ALT+PRINT SCREEN (this copies the browser window to the clipboard)

Open you favourite image editing software

File New, Edit Paste

Now just crop & resize to your needs
