Howdy all,

I know it's a compressed file, but I can't figure out how to expand it...I've tried winzip, winrar, xtrax...what am I missing?

never heard of that file type.

Perhaps you could try renaming it as a .zip or .rar and see if that works. Occassionally people incorrectly name a file and because of that you just have to figure out what it is supposed to be.

I found these listings for .wo*. If it's a .wow file, I think a player called Mod4Win is supposed to support it.

.woc Organization (Windows OrgChart)
.wow Music (8 channels) (Grave Mod Player)

BB,

I think .wow files are a type of MOD music file and are often posted on newsgroups as binaries.
