I just did a reformat, And i want to optimize the boot process. I have not installed ANYTHING yet, so the options in msconfig are default. I just wanna know what I shouldn't remove, like internet, W7 gui (I like it 😛), startup sounds, and vital system processes.

Thanks!

Nothing. No amount of tweaking you do there will have any appreciable differences without breaking something. And no offense, but the fact that you mention the Win7 GUI there says that you probably don't have the technical knowledge to make an educated decision about those services anyway.

If you're talking about the "startup" tab, then you can uncheck anything from there without breaking something. Personally, I just want my antivirus console starting up when my computer starts up, so I just have that checked off.
