6600GT 128 8x AGP
Chaintech Nforce3-250
300W Antec PSU

I am getting 200$ for my b-day and 130$ is going into a 3000+ but... What should I get for 70$?

You're gonna need a better PSU. For under $70, you can get the XClio 450W from newegg.com for $59.
