What do I need to setup Terminal Services?

I am trying to setup TS on my home network. When I try and run through the configuration of TS it asks for a domain. Do I have to create a domain and if so how?

This is my setup:

Fiber Connection > static IP > BEFSR81 > win2k pro (x2)
