What do I need to setup a simple web server?

Hi,
What all do I need to setup a simple web server over a DSL connection(384k upstream)?

I plan on hosting a bunch of websites that get very very little traffic, is 384k upstream enough bandwidth? I plan to use simple redirection to host the multiple sites since I will have only one static ip.

I plan on using a dual celeron 400 with windows nt4 or 2000, with 224 megs ram, 16 gig hd.

I need frontpage extensions.. what is the easiest way to get started?? Doesnt frontpage 2000 come with some type of "Personal Web Server" software?
Is there a free linux solution that is better?

Any good sites with information on this? I want to do whatever is easiest.

Thanks!

Win2K pro has build-in server in IIS (optional component) along with FTP server.
I am pretty sure it supports FP extensions.
If you have router on your DSL connection you have to open HTTP port.
