my boss wants to setup a SCSI RAID with 3 hard drives??
he has 3 Seagate 36.4 gig 15K HDs
what SCSI RAID card should he get??
or will this MB do and i wont need a extra SCSI RAID card??
You need an autonomous real hardware RAID card. With server mainboards that have non-RAID SCSI processors onboard, you can often use so called zero-channel RAID cards. These bring the RAID processor, and use the onboard SCSI processor for one or two channels.
Then of course there are RAID cards that have two, four, six channels, as you please and as you can afford. For three drives, one channel should do.
