What do I need to do to return a MB to DFI?

DFI K8m800 MVLF died over the weekend after 2 months of using it. When powered up, the CPU fan spins, but system doesn't POST and none of the customary bleeps. Tried using a different power supply, same result. Anyway, since the product isn't covered by Fry's anymore, should I email DFI for an RMA #?

havent done it. I'd need to get another 64bit board....
