What do I get for quality on a budget? (NF7-S and 1700)

Well I decided I really don't want to overclock my 1700+. I don't really feel like spending $50 combined for a fan and slk800 either. So, what decent quality fan and heatsink can I look for? SK-7 is a consideration but it is out of stock.
