What do I DO?

I am having trouble getting a TV repaired and I have called 4 times for 4 weeks and they say "Call Back next week" and nothing happens. What should I do?

Is this under warranty service? If it is, then start complaining to the HR department of the warranter. You gotta keep on drillin them about service if its under warranty repair because a lot of companies are kinda shady (*cough*sony*cough*) and don't want to do the work.

Put a Horses head in thier bed.

I bought the TV last month, It is under warranty. They just give me the same BS over and over again. Should I contact the BBB?

Start crossbreeding pitbulls and ferrets in hopes of one day creating an unstoppable army to do your bidding! Muahahahaaaa!

(Just me?)

What should I tell the BBB? I think 4 weeks is enough time to get someone out here. It is a little problem that I could fix but if I do it voids the warranty so I am going through them.

That they do not honor their own warranties.

Also try to get any local consumer action groups in on it, like some of your local news channels. They can do wonders.

Do they have the TV as of this moment? I would start asking for higher ups everytime you get the runaround and dont take no for an answer. And if you bought the tv last month.. I would return it to where you got it if its under 30 days.

Ok. They come to my house and fix it . That's what the warranty states but they cant get anyone that is an hr away to come here ( That's their Excuse) the guy on the phone said o it takes us 3 weeks to get it all lined up . BS.

Call them up, tell them that you are recording the call. Tell them your brother, the lawyer in the family, suggested recording the call in case you need to take them to court on the warranty. This gets you service every time, but I wouldn't let them take the TV out of your sight because they will be pretty pissed off at you.
