What do I do with this and how?

I found a screwdriver type device that has a label reading "VOLTAGE DETECTOR" a little google searching turns up this website. How do I use it to detect voltage?? Anyone know of an online tutorial?

Unplug your computer from the wall and stick it in the socket.

Stick your penis in the light socket while you're at it.

It does exactly what the description says... touch the metal tip to live voltage, and the handle lights up.
Don't worry, electricity cannot go through that much plastic... at those voltages.
