what do i do with ibm hd that crashed???

my one year old ibm desktar 7200 40 gig hard drived crashed the other day; i had bought this drive from newegg about a year ago as an OEM product, and now that it doesnt work, i was wondering if it could still be sent to ibm....

what would i do? never buy another IBM POS again.

yeah, will never buy another ibm hd...
i got my first pc from miami beach at some shady computer store...
that hard drive is as generic as can be (and 3.1gb), and still going strong!!!
i will look for the cheapest, most generic hard drive i can find for my next purchace....
so no way to savage this hd??
