UPS does not require a signature for delivery in front of houses (at least that is what they say on the phone). Apartments, condos, they do. While I personally have always receive my packages, and being fairly ethical, I don't file false claims. Though it is still a bad practice that UPS engages in, and sooner or later, they are going to lose.

Whew.....the mobo and proc. got here in one piece...now I have to wait for DDR to be sorted out!! Aargh!!
And for future referrence, calling UPS would be better because you'll start a case right there with them, instead of having Crucial starting one. Who knows how long this'll take!!!
