What do I do if Comcast wont come and fix my uberslow internet?
90% of the day, my internet is worse than dialup speeds, and I am paying 60 dollars a month for cable internet. We put in a work order and they said they would come out, then they sent an e-mail stating they have taken all steps to fix the problem and the work order was cancelled. I mean lots of the time I get pings to yahoo at like 1800-3000ms, WTF!?!?! What to do?
Oh yah, Im out of DSL range
