What do I do? Display Problems in WinXp

ok guys, some1 out there has to have an idea how i can solve this problem.

ive created multiple accounts in winxp and have installed the nvidia drivers as admin for my geforce2. As admin, i can access the gamma and brightness settings. I adjusted these so that the screen wouldn't be so dark (my monitor is already at max contrast and brightness) and i checked the box that says "Apply these settings at startup." Then i click "Apply","ok" .... etc.

The settings take effect for all users, but ONLY IF the admin account is logged in first. So, if a user reboots, then the screen is dark and the brightness setttings are not accessible to a user who don't have administrative priviledges on the sys.

does ne1 know how to make the display settings apply to all accounts? or is there a setting in local compurter policy that gives the users access to brightness? can somebody help me???

any guesses? any ideas???????😕

Sounds like NVidia's software is for crud. You can't change the architecture of their software. The only way to fix this, sounds like, is for them to rewrite their software to work correctly.

please help me with this guys! 🙁 does anybody know of a registry setting for this? or a setting that is in the local computer policy or group policy? ive also thought about maybe installing 1 of those overclocking programs that allows u to tweak the geforce cards so that every user can access it. Does any1 know of a good 1 to use that might help me w/ my brightness problem? or is there anything else that i can do?

thanx
