Although I hate that look I'd rather wear these baggy pants than the skin tight pants that emo/punk rockers/gothics wear. Atleast they look more comfortable.

I've seen this on "Cops" more than once.....when the "bad guy" is running , or trying to run away , and his pants are actually hindering his escape because they are falling down. And then the cops catch them in the middle of a wardrobe malfunction.

I agree that wearing baggy hip hop clothing, stealing, running from the PoPo (lol), etc, has anything to do with skin color.

And I agree that baggy clothes are better than some tight clothing. Especially men who ride bikes in that spandex crap.
