so my gf doesnt even touch beer. wine, once in a while. shes not a big fan of cosmos. But likes Long Islands. thats pretty mcuh it, not really a drinking person you can say.

what can I have her try so she can like a little variety and be willing to hang out a bar for more than 10 mins without feeling like being at an unwanting place.

Seriously though... baccardi and coke, vodka + lime + lemonade or any american beer (eg bud and the like).
 
my girly doesn't drink either, but she's been known to enjoy (in addition to the long island iced tea) midori sours, dirty girlscouts, and she'll sometimes have a sex on the beach because it's pretty.
 
A lot of the girls I know like drinks that don't actually taste like alcohol. Examples: amaretto sour, midori sour, washington apple, chambord & 7, white russian, bailey's and milk

Yup, I know a gal who loves Amaretto and Pineapple juice. In respsonse to OP, I've met quite a few ladies who love Goldshlager (however the hell you spell it). Which seems odd, since I think its got a really strong taste.

Hey, my wife is loves to do shots, and she doesn't drink very often. I can't see how she does it. Rumplemintz is her preferred shot. Yuck.

lol... lets just say last time she did those, it wasnt pretty for her the next day. i think it was earlier this year, senior year in college.
 
i'm not a big fan of beer either, so when i'm out drinking:

- margaritas
- appletinis
- coke and rum, coke and (insert a splash of random liquor here). i always tell them to go easy on the rum.
- pineapple juice and malibu rum

there's this drink at chilis called an "electric lemonade." it's bright blue and tastes really good but has splashes of bacardi rum in it. i love getting that.
