Well starting tomorrow I plan on hitting the weights again, its time to trim the fat and build the muscle. Anyway I need some good recipes or meals, I get bored eating the same thing. Any suggestions on some meals to lose weight and build muscle?

Lots of good sources of protein: lean chicken breast, steak, tuna, cottage cheese ... etc

Have a good balanced breakfast consisting of some complex carbs. Eg - 1/2 cup oatmeal, banana, protein shake.

Eat 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism going. Stick to your workout plan and throw in some cardio as well. Don't eat right before you go to bed.

i wouldnt really try to shed weight and add muscle too drasticly all at the same time...

loose some weight by eating low calorie, low fat meals... stick w/ mostly skinless chicken, fish, veggies, etc - and stick w/ low weight high reps till the weight is off

after you get down to as thin as you want... THEN build up the muscle mass buy eating high protein... you will also need MORE calories to keep up w/ the energy and more carbs to keep you going

don't forget that when adding muscle mass, you still need to do cardio

I agree. My roommate does this and lost a lot of weight and looks great now. Maybe I should try it. It ain't worth the struggle since I love to eat.:D
