They're memory timings for your RAM...
T-rcd = T-ras + T-rp
T meaning Time
RCD = RAS to CAS Delay
RP = RAS Precharge Time
you can change them to 2 or 3 clockperiods....depending on RAM, if you put 2 on everything, of course you'll get better performance...(but i doubt you'll see a HUGE difference in performance)..most mobo's bios show the actual "RAS to CAS delay" words...i've yet to see a bios that shows them abbreviated (i never owned an nforce based mobo...so i guess they do that...

Change them if you want...couple suggestions...if you have:
micron/crucial, yep give it a shot..might not work...
original samsung stuff, yeah do it..of course..
corsair/winbond, U INSANE DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!

all others/generic, umm...u can try...most likely ur comp will crash
