What do all the different ATX types mean???

Like ATX 1.3, ATX 2.0, ATX 2.01.

What do they mean? I always see them beside the PSU's that I'm thinking of buying.

Generally those spec versions involve the types of connectors you are likely to find and the voltages and distribution of outputs. For example, in the 2.0 spec, the -5V rail was no longer required and in later versions was eliminated entirely. And the 24 pin connector (EPS12V pinout) was standardized upon. Somewhere in there the P4-12V (4-pin square) connector became standard too.
