what dissolves white-out?

I white-outed the bezel of my black-bezel LCD monitor to make it look less gangsta, but I'm selling it now and I need to remove the white out. i can chip it off but that's going to take a long time and probably leave nics in the plastic.

I think nail polish remover will work. Whatever you do, put something on the screen to protect it first. White out though?? That can't possibly look good. Why didn't you use spraypaint?

Most solvents will attack the base plastic below.

Good luck with that one.

The white out vehicle may have already damaged the base plastic.

You can rub it with the rough side of some velcro, this should be scratchy enough to remove it but not damage the bezel.
might need to tidy it up with a wet cotton bud
