What difference does it make (6ns or 7ns memory)?

Well, 6ns memory is faster. Gives you more headroom if you're trying to overclock.

The ns rating of the ram is another way to state clock speed. 7ns = 143 MHz, 6ns = 166 MHz, 5.5ns = 183 MHz...etc. Just divide the ns rating into 1. 1/7 = 14285.

i mean if i have a 7.5ns memory = 133mhz

what if i try 142mhz? if it is a quality memory stick, it can reach 142mhz , right?

Yes, sometimes you can push it on quality memory. The ns rating is a good point of reference to start from.
