What did you think of Lost in Translation?

Saw it over a year ago but I've been thinking about it and I thought it was really good. Slow, but a great story and delivery, and I love the "documentary" air about the movie. Plus, Scarlet = :heart:

I loved it, but it is definitely a love / hate movie.

This movie really touched me when I firs saw it. I was living in S. Korea at the time and could completely identify with that feeling of being an American estranged in an Asian country. Not to mention Bill Murray=awsome. It was also about 5 minutes before Scarlet became a huge star.

I thought it was a good movie. Not ha-ha funny, but entertaining nonetheless. I don't think anyone can argue with the opening scene.
