Changed up my standard greek yogurt and granola last week for something new.
Half an everything bagel
1/2c-3/4c egg whites
2oz ham
Filling, lots of protein, reduced my dairy intake, still only around 300-400 calories. I can make it in a few minutes with microwaved egg whites.
