Nothing. My parents have made it very clear that they do not want presents and that if there is something they want they can afford to buy it themselves. Cards and letters only. They have six kids, twenty grandkids, and four great grandkids so I can understand their point of view. They would be buried in crap if they were into exchanging Christmas presents.
In years past I've put together CD slide shows as I live a couple thousand miles from them and included them in the Christmas card.
Haven't gotten anything yet, haha. Might get them a Roomba. I had to get one for my AI class last year(yes...we programmed vacuums...), and my mom raves about it non-stop. They've raised the prices on this year's models though, annoying.
For both:
Chocolate
Bottle of dessert wine
Lush "bath bombs"
Dad:
Two bottles of wine
Sudoku book
Mom:
Self-made calendar with family photos
Four teaspoons (why does she wish for household articles?)
Eau de toilette and shower gel (why does she wish for...)
