As title asks, what did Obama mean by change? I can not recall what his defintion was. Of the things that were supposed to be changed, what has changed? What was attempted and failed? What has not been attempted?
Change:

He was never specific and that is why he gets hammered for that stupid slogan. All the idiots that voted for him were like "oh boy, change!". What they didn't realize is that change can mean for the worse just as much for the better, hence why you should get specifics before wasting your vote.
I have to credit him though. It worked and he didn't lie. He got elected and look at all the change (for the worse, that is).
Added label to post.Wow, that's great news! I think. Maybe a caption or axis labels are in order.

The campaign had a punchy meaningless slogan? Is that even legal?

A President can't make change happen alone. He has certainly tried to initiate Change, others have merely gone to extraordinary measures to block it.
