what desktop cpu is this laptop core2 Duo processor T7100 equivalent to?

im getting a laptop which has this core2 Duo processor T7100, was just wondering what desktop cpu it equivalents to? is it beetter than the e6600?

wah, u serious , t7100 is a step down the e6600? i thought it was the other way around. even a $2000 laptop is equip with a t7300 although slightly better than t7100

Don't ever compare desktop and laptop CPU's.

Desktop --> Main factor: performance.
Laptop --> Main factor: low power consumption.
