odds are (since he is not being called father) that he is methodist.

In one episode Bart, Lisa and Maggie get taken into care and put with the Flanders. Ned freaks when he discovers they haven't been baptised yet and he tries to do it himself.

Methodist . . . hmmm. Do they usually sing the hymnal "In The Garden Of Eden"?

On another note, what religions allow bingo to be played at the Church. The First Church of Springfield is known to have the "Loosest Cards In Town!" I know that Lutherans forbid this. Catholics obviously allow it. What about Methodists?
