As can be seen from the CPU-Z screenshots:

I'm having an FSB of 1066MHz.

I'm currently on DDR1 sticks .. (My motherboard supports both DDR and DDR2)
I'm planning to go with DDR2 ..
should I get DDR2 533MHz (1:1 ratio with my FSB)
or DDR2 667 ???

and are my timings OK for the DDR RAM (currently)?
OR Should I tweak them? What freq. is my DDR RAM running in now?

Your RAM is running @ 167 Mhz, just like your CPU-Z memory tab screenshot shows. And if you insist on buying DDR2 for that board, I'd definitely go with PC4200. Most people aren't able to get anything any faster than that to run on that board, unless something has changed recently.
