What current games are SMP?

Quake 4 should probably be the most SMP.

Indeed, Quake 4 currently shows the largest improvement from multi processors or multi core. Future multi core games include UT2007 and Alan Wake.

Call of Duty 2 also has SMP. How much of an improvement? I don't know. Anything based of the Doom 3 engine has SMP.

GundamEDIT: I looked up Prey and it doesn't have it.

Neither does Doom 3. I think Quake 4 is the only Doom 3 based game that has SMP.

One thus far not mentioned (& also not played much) is Serious Sam 2.

Apparently Valve is adding SMP capabilities to their stuff, but i doubt there'll be a big difference.

Gaming is still far too GPU-limited for SMP to make any difference at real resolutions.

Yeah n7 is right, gaming are mostly GPU dependant, the only game where GPUs are the least important thing is The Sims 2 and maybe to some degree on some RTS.

Still after applying the SMP patch for Call of Duty 2, I noticed a tangible performance difference on my Mac Pro (4 cores), things were smoothened out a bit.

Yeah. I just updated my COD2 and I can see a huge difference between my 4400 and my old 3500. I am impressed.

SMP support was removed from the Doom 3 engine sometime during development IIRC.

I think for serious SMP goodness, you'll have to wait for Crysis, Unreal3 and this marketing stunt called Alan Wake. I bet, these will be the spark that ignites this SMP bushfire.
