what cpu voltage and mutiplier for a 6700 p5b board

I am running bios 0706 and pretty good stablty on the 10x muitiplier. Can i stable bus at 9x or 8x by pushing my fsb into the 400 mark? Also, do the temputerures go down at this high fsb speed witht his mobo?
