Like I have said in all the other post and polls like this...unless you are getting a sis645 and running pc2700ddr you can not add up to the perfromance of the rdram...the pc2700 oc'd can get you from 2500-3000 in bandwidth and puts you nearest pc1066...

Also do your homework as there are certain things you need to get to be able to run dram at 533fsb if you can attain it...lkely you will get to 133 with 1.6a, so make sure memory doesn't hold you back or cause you to drop the multiplier and thus performnace of the rdram whereas the pc2700 would still beat it...

Primarily to run ram fast, you would just need high quality ram and stay away from the generic chips.
Mushkin also sells rdram but they might be more expensive
