What CPU(s) do you use for your Workstation?

I use a 4yr old AMD APU for my workstation (in sig).
It's tough, but I get by.

Current is a 3930k.

Christmas gift to myself will be two E5-2695 v3(or 4 if it is out) I probably wouldn't go this route if I didn't get a good discount on the CPUs ()

Primary use is software development with upcoming emphasis on highly threaded.

At home: FX-6300 (before 1090T) with ECC DDR

Core i7 on the gaming rig and a mobile Core i7 on my MacBook. Also my upcoming arcade cabinet I'm about to build will feature a Core i7 ivybridge only because I have all the hardware already from an older gaming rig.

4770K for gaming / moderate workloads.
2P-box with two X5670s for longer jobs (eg. BD encodes, etc.)
