What CPU related benchmarks should I check?

I'm going to be checking a couple of different processors in the same system.

I don't game, so just looking at benches that might relate to my use - mostly Office programs, heavy into Excel as well as a blueprint takeoff program that loads and manipulates large TIFF's.

Just curious as to the differences and how they might relate to my usage.

EDIT: Should have looked at Anand's CPU Bench section. I will try and find some of those bench programs that might be suitable to me- they are categorized so I should be able to find what I need there.
