What CPU is this exactly?

I found this strange Pentium 4 that is 2Ghz, 400Mhz FSB, and it has 2MB of L3 cache.

Here is the picture, 1 click on it to see full size

Notice the BIOS date 08/21/2003, and the memory, it's 256MB DDR266.

Does anyone know what CPU that is exactly?

Early pentium 4 xeon, I'd guess.

It looks like the spec of a Xeon processor, just the Xeon is not a 478 processor.
