i would say the 3200+, but since you obviously have scratch to burn, go with the 3500+ cuz there's never a guarantee when it comes to oc'ing. that way, if you get a meager overclock, it'll still hang with your vid card.

I don't think I have seen a 3000+ or 3200+ not do at least 2.2ghz or 3500+ levels at stock vcore.....That would truly be bad luck....

I say match the cpu taking in consideration your ram capability and what divider you want to run.....

I say get the 3000 or 3200+, but I am a cheap screw and a gambler, so.....

If you plan on wanting to run two 6800's, asuming you got a SLI board? I would look at the FX-55. Benchs have showen that is becomes a bottleneck with two 6800's, so a 3200+ will be worse. Plus alot of people have been getting theres to run at 2.8-2.9 on just air.

if you are planning on going SLI, a FX-55 is a must have. dont get a half assed processor if you are going the extra mile to get 2 video cards ;) my 3000+ is proving to be a great overclocker, im running prime95 right now at 290HTT 2.61GHz. yep, 2.61GHz. 800MHz over stock, with stock cooling+AS5 :D
