So I am just now getting my HTPC up and running in anticipation of my 4870 arriving tomorrow (full specs in my sig). As I am running it next to me installing vista I can't help but notice how freaking loud this thing is. I am using a yate-loon 120mm exhaust on the back and a cooler master 80mm for intake. I don't think the noise is coming from either of these fans and it's definitely not my antec NeoHE 500 fan, that thing is inaudible so I'm assuming it's coming from the stock intel heatsink/fan I'm using. I'll verify this shortly but based on that assumption this thing has to go. I don't want a silent rig but holy cow this is noisy, at least compared to my P180 setup.
That brings me to my question, what HSF will work well in this case? I read online the clearance is ~ 3.25" or 82mm and I would believe that is correct. Knowing that I checked out newegg and found tons of different HSF's that where below 82mm tall. Does anyone here have a favorite they are willing to recommend? I'm naturally inclined to look at the 92mm fan ones first but maybe there is an 80 out there thats almost as good? Here are a few that I see that seem decent but I know nothing about them.

Any other suggestions or will one of those work well? As I said, I am not looking for silent, just not loud. I will have this hooked to a simple 32" LCD with a 2.1 Klipsch setup so I am not an audio/videophile by any means, just someone who wants to watch divx and play games on his tv... but without tons of noise.
