It's the last gen white iMac, 2.16ghz C2D. I'm wondering about the model number. I'm trying to test out 64bit vista, but Parallels doesn't support it unless I go version 4. So I went back w/ VirtualBox but when I boot, it says my CPU doesn't support it.

Upon further digging, VT-x is grayed out, but in Parallels, it's not. And supposedly, I need that to be able to do run Vista 64bit. And certain C2D models don't support it.

What am I missing here? And anyone know when Fusion 3 is coming out?

It must be the Late 2006 model because according to Wikipedia, that's the only one to have a 2.16ghz processor. It should be the Merom core then so it should be a T7400. Boot Camp isn't certified (or more accurately won't install the drivers through autorun) to run 64-bit operating systems on a lot of the consumer systems, since Apple obviously wants you to buy pro hardware. Read my thread about getting 64-bit Vista to run on a Late 2008 Macbook. You'll have to install the Boot Camp drivers manually once Vista x64 is installed to the hard drive. To do that, load up Vista insert the OS X install disc, and manually browse "D:\BootCamp\Drivers\Apple" and manually run BootCamp64.exe located in that folder. If you're not using Leopard, you should upgrade to it to get the latest version of Boot Camp and all of the drivers.
