What cpu do you use or plan to use for your living room gaming PC?

Also how do you use (or plan to use) the processor? Streaming games from another PC only? Streaming games from another PC plus playing some games natively? Or play all games natively on the machine?

I got a killer deal on a 3570K so I swapped out the i3 and that is what it will have for the foreseeable future. We stream 1080 from the NAS, and my kids play Steam games. It has a 750 ti. The only upgrade I plan to do is a GPU at some point.

I have a Q9450. I plan to get a Kaveri something eventually. I don't play intense games.

It is nice to play on a 46" display
