What CPU, Celeron or P2?

I am putting some old stuff together that I have lying around and going to make a BeOs box, I have a PII 266 and a Celeron 333 which would be the fastest? Considering the P2 is slower but the Celery has less cache which one would be the best?

A Celeron has less cache, but it is running at full speed as compared to half-speed on the Pentium II 266.

The Celeron 333 would be faster, and you would be able to overclock it to 500MHz if you are lucky.

You might wanna see if someone has an old celeron cpu that'll work in your mobo and see if they'll sell it to you.

OTOH...I dobt you'll notice much difference. Silght edge to the 333 cellie.
