What CPU and memory communication performance hit with onboard graphics and PC133 memory?

How much does the onboard graphics hurt performance on, say a Celeron 1200Mhz (100MHz FSB) with 256MB PC133 ram?

Would there be a speed increase (office applications wise) overall if you added some cheap AGP card to the AGP slot instead of using the onboard graphics?
